Tommy Barr at Festival Francais

Exhibition news!

On July 8th I will be presenting an exhibition by Tommy Barr at the Festival Francais Portarlington.

Tommy’s show ‘Un Beau Refuge’ deals with the historical Huguenot influences in 5 key settlements in Ireland. The show will open in the French Church, Portarlington, Ireland’s last remaining active Huguenot church.

Mr. Stephenson, the church’s rector has kindly agreed to show the original Huguenot records from the 1600’s and Huguenot Silver bequeathed to the Church by the Prince of Wales alongside Tommy’s Work.

Un Beau Refuge has already been travelled to Waterford, Lisburn, La Rochelle, Bad Karlshafen (Germany) and Boston.
